Faculty Group Coach

Allison DiBianca Fasoli, Ph.D. is a group coach who coaches faculty around writing, research, and career decisions. Allison is a former faculty member in psychology and a nationally funded (e.g., NSF, Spencer Foundation) mixed- methods researcher who has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. Drawing on her expertise in psychology, Allison’s coaching process is informed by decades of researching and teaching about learning processes, motivation, group dynamics, decision-making, self-concepts and identity, and theories of human growth and development.

As a group coach, Allison has facilitated coaching circles and developed workshops and trainings on writing productivity and sustainability, scholarly voice, research branding and identity, networking, time management, impostor experiences, and early-career success.

Coaching at its best is a transformative experience. Allison helps clients identify what they want, what is holding them back, and what they need to succeed so that they can engage from a place of greater clarity, creativity, and, even, playfulness.
