This workshop will use the lens of the Five Paths to Leadership℠ to dive deeper into building good communication and trust between supervisors and supervisees. We will start with a debrief of your scores and time to talk as a team about what that means for you. Then we will discuss how you can apply your knowledge in the context of your supervisory relationships by developing common language and learning to understand the motivations of others.
