Leading in the Moment: Knowing Yourself as a Leader

Online | March 13, 2025 | 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm ET

Lean into your leadership strengths during uncertain times.

Event Information

Knowing yourself as a leader is more important than ever, given the instability of higher education currently. If you’re experiencing too much challenge or instability, you may find yourself in a space of being angry, lost, or stuck. How you respond in these situations differs based on your leadership style, but leaning into your strengths will help you focus on what you can control and hopefully thrive in your role.

Join us for this chance to come together and focus our attention on behaviors that will allow us to thrive at work. We’ll discuss how you can use your leadership strengths with the Five Paths to Leadership® Self-Assessment to respond effectively to the challenges or instability you’re currently facing.

This 30-minute session is meant to give you a quick forward-looking break in your day to share in community with higher ed leaders at all levels. This session will not be recorded, so please plan to join us live if you are able.

We’ll discuss your Five Paths to Leadership® Self-Assessment results in this session. While having your results is not required, we recommend taking the assessment in advance to get the most out of the session. You can take the Five Paths here if you haven’t already.
