Each Dean can choose their pace through the program based upon the conference schedule and number/frequency of coaching sessions. They can begin the program at any time.

Needs Assessment and Customization

We begin with a thorough virtual orientation and needs assessment to understand your Dean’s unique goals, challenges, and institutional context. This informs a customized learning plan designed for maximum impact.

Executive Leadership Development Experiences

Equip your Deans with essential leadership skills through tailored in-person conferences. These events offer immersive learning and opportunities to connect with peers facing similar challenges. Included in this program are two registrations to any of our conferences – your Deans can choose those events that will drive their performance the best. 1:1 Executive Coaching

Your Dean will work with an experienced coach to address complex leadership challenges in real time and develop practical solutions. This program includes six executive coaching sessions with the opportunity to renew the engagement to drive longer-lasting impact.

Discussion Circles for Peer Accountability

Once a quarter, Deans registered for this program will meet online to discuss shared challenges, exchange insights, and maintain accountability for growth. The schedule is as follows:

  • Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. ET
  • Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET
  • Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. ET
  • Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET
  • Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. ET

Optional On-Site Workshop (2 Days)

Add a transformative, hands-on workshop tailored to your institution. We’ll meet with your Dean and their senior team to co-design a workshop that targets their goals and desired outcomes. We can lead them through exercises that help them:
