Welcome to The Fundamentals of Leadership: A Bootcamp for New or Aspiring Leaders in Higher Ed. Our hope is that you walk away with the ability to apply the key tenets of successful and equitable leadership in your role.

This course page is your “one-stop shop” for all course materials and instructions you will need to guide you through the bootcamp.
