Amy Sanderson
Amy has worked at Georgetown University for nine years. Prior to that she was an architect in private practice. With over 25 years of experience, her focus as a planner and architect at Georgetown has been overseeing capital project design, emphasizing thoughtful responses to campus-wide, built-environment challenges that incorporate Georgetown’s rich cultural history, mission and context. She has been involved in the planning, programming, design, and construction of multiple student-focused projects, including the Residential Improvement Master Plan, Healey Family Student Center, Lauinger Library Special Collections, Ryan and Freedom Halls (residence hall), and the Northeast Triangle (residence hall).
