Kelsey Schwarzrock
As an expert advisor to senior administrators in higher education, Kelsey Schwarzrock provides leadership and direction to ensure the development, oversight, coordination and implementation of initiatives and strategic direction. As the primary liaison between senior administration and stakeholders, she provides operational direction while supporting the strategic initiatives of the institution. Ms. Schwarzrock was Chief of Staff to the president of Anoka-Ramsey Community College and Anoka Technical College for seven years prior to her move to the University of Minnesota. She has an extensive background in finance and analysis. Kelsey also teaches graduate financial accounting for Concordia University, St. Paul.
Ms. Schwarzrock successfully guided two presidents through the merger and alignment of personnel and processes for Anoka-Ramsey Community College and Anoka Technical College, including developing plans for communication and organizational restructuring. The resulting alignment created the largest community and technical college enterprise in the state of Minnesota.
