Abeer Mustafa
Abeer Mustafa manages all aspects of the Department of Housing and Residence Life with the number one goal of student success in mind. She is actively developing thematic housing, living learning communities, and a faculty-in-residence program along with needed facilities improvements and new construction.
Abeer previously worked as Assistant Director at the University of Houston for three years. Prior to that she was at Rice University as a General Manager for over six years. Her career in multi-family housing started in 1994 and lead into multi-family development construction. Abeer has 19 years of experience in student housing, property management, strategic planning, facilities, new construction, budget management, and team development solution-oriented change agent for department, division and institutional reorganization. She played a vital role new construction of LEED certified residence hall at University of Houston and Rice University.
