Martin Klubeck
Marty plays a significant role in strategic IT planning, metrics, and organizational improvement efforts within the Office of Information Technologies, and across campus at the University of Notre Dame. He has presented at numerous conferences and seminars, and taught courses on organization development throughout the United States. His latest book, Don’t Manage…Coach (2016) is a great complement to his other books:The Professional Development Toolbox: Unlocking simple truths (2014), Metrics: How to Improve Key Business Results (2011), and Why Organizations Struggle So Hard to Improve So Little: Overcoming Organizational Immaturity (2009), a book which delves into the difficulties organizations have with enterprise-wide change, He has written on IT metrics for EDUCAUSE Quarterly, EdTech, and Cutter Consortium. Marty is also president of the Consortium for the Establishment of Information Technology Performance Standards.
