Kathi A. Ketcheson, Ph.D

From 1998 to 2001, Kathi directed Portland State University’s institutional portfolio project, a national project funded by the Pew Charitable Trusts and sponsored by the American Association of Higher Education. In 2005, the institutional portfolio served as PSU’s self-study document for reaccreditation by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. Kathi has published and presented widely, both nationally and internationally, on institutional portfolios in accreditation, assessment, and accountability. She frequently serves as a consultant to other higher-education institutions in the development of portfolios and in program evaluation and assessment.
