Thomas Roylance
Thom oversees the processing of 10 million pieces of incoming mail, 5.5 million pieces of outbound mail, and inbound/outbound shipping of more than 500,000 packages annually. In 1999, Thom managed the merging of BYU’s print and copy services with the campus mail services, and he now oversees both operations. Thom is a Certified Mail and Distributions Systems Manager (CMDSM), and has received the USPS’s Industry Excellence Awards for Nonprofits and the USPS’s Mail Center Manager Award. He is a past president and a long-standing board member of the National Association of College & University Mail Services (NACUMS) and is currently president-elect.
